Cancellation, correction, replacement or another resolution that is not cash can use a fixed success fee agreed at acceptance.

If it fails

£0

For eligible success fee cases, no successful agreed outcome means no HANDLED success fee. External costs are different.

Important: the final commercial terms are confirmed in the case mandate before work starts. Court fees, expert fees, ADR charges or third party legal/enforcement costs are not included in a normal HANDLED success fee and require separate approval.
